Open KPI Report

An Open KPI Report is quite similar to the KPI Performance Report, except that it gives details of all open KPIs in all work orders in TrakIT. It can be generated on the basis of the following filter selection:

Once the workflows are selected, click on the icon on the top right corner of the KPIs filter to see only those KPIs that are set for the selected workflows.

The date range for which the report is to be generated can be added in the 'From' and 'To' boxes under Date Range filter. Alternately, for quick selection of dates, click on  icon.

The following box pops up:


Select the desired time interval and the way in which the report should be grouped. It can be either 'By Workflow' or 'By KPI' depending upon how the user needs to analyse the report data. Click on the 'Generate Report' button to generate the report based on the filter selection.

The following columns are displayed:

WO Count Gives the number of work orders in which the selected KPIs are open.
Target Hours Gives the average target hours defined in selected KPIs.
Average Hours Gives the average of actual hours in these work orders.
In Range Gives the number of work orders in which the actual time of open KPIs is within range as specified in the KPI definition.
Out of Range Gives the number of work orders in which the actual time of the open KPIs is out of range as specified in the KPI definition.
Total Count Usually it is the same as WO Count count, but there can be a situation where a KPI occurs more than once in a work order, in which case Total Count figure will be greater than WO Count figure.


Click on any number that is a link, to drill down and see which work orders belong to that column category. The sample below gives the work orders in which the selected KPI is out of range:
